Grandma Malishewski. This was a recipe handed down from Gram Carolyn (wheelchair) side of the family not sure how old it is but her grandma Malishewski gave it her. They had them at Christmas time.
Mix together ingredients and fill Grandma's pie crust pressed in muffin or mini muffin tins
Bake 300-325 degrees for 20-35 minutes
watch as not to burn
Grandma's pie crust
3 cups flour
1 1/2 cup shotening
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg; beaten
4 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon vinegar
mix dry ingredients
add rest of ingredients
Press into muffin or mini muffin tins for tarts
one recipe crust makes about 5 dozen tarts
