1. Preheat oven to 350
2. In bowl, combine crust ingredients. Mix on medium speed, scraping sides of the bowl often, 2-3 mins or until well mixed and particles are fine. Pat into uncreased 13x9x2 pan. Sprinkle pecans over the unbaked crust
3. Prepare caramel layer, pour evenly over pecans and crust. Bake near center of 350 oven for 18-22 mins or until entire caramel layer is bubbly and crust is golden brown. Remove from oven.
4. Immediately sprinkle with chocolate chips. Allow chips to melt slightly (2-3 mins)
5. Swirl chips as they melt. Leave some whole for a marbled effect. Cool
Caramel Layer: In a heavy saucepan combine brown sugar and butter. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until entire surface of mixture begins to boil. Boil 1 1/2-2 mins stirring constantly.
