Mix all filling ingredients together. Distribute filling amongst shells. Bake at 450F for 8 minutes, then at 350F for 15, or until browned. Makes 1 dozen.
To make shells:
Mix flour, salt and baking powder. Cut in butter. Add water, a little at a time, using just enough to bind mixture so that it can be formed into dough ball. Handle as little as possible. Roll out dough and cut into tart shells using rim of drinking glass.
