Mix marinade ingredients together and pour over the lamb. Marinade for at least two hours or overnight. Turn several times if possible.
Oven to 450 degrees . Place meat on rack, fat side up, and roast 20 mins, turn meat over and cook another 20 mins.
Cook until slight pink.
To serve - cut unsolved across the grain. Heat the marinade that's left and serve with lamb.
