Buttermilk Bisquits (Pauline)

Preheat to 350 degrees.
Mix flour, baking power, salt and sugar.
Add Crisco and work into flour until no Crisco clumps left. Shake buttermilk first then add.
Mix dough with hands until soft and wet (don't overwork or not fluffy).
Sprinkle flour on surface and top then roller spread to 1/2 inch height.
Cut biscuits with cutter. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 9 minutes at 350 degrees.
Optional: dip in unsalted butter and top with confectioners sugar before eating.
