The absolute best way to make chicken. So tender and moist.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
dip chicken into 3/4 cup of buttermilk, roll in flower seasoned with salt and pepper.
Melt butter and place in 13x9x2 inch baking dish.
Put chicken in pan and bake for 30 minutes.
Turn chicken and bake another 15 minutes.
Blend buttermilk and cream of chicken, pour around chicken and back the final 15 minutes.
