Suggest a better descriptionHeat griddle to 375 degrees. Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar in a medium bowl. Add eggs, buttermilk, and butter; whisk to combine. Batter should have small to medium lumps. Using a 1/4 cup measuring spoon, pour pancake batter onto griddle. Cook about 1:15 - 1:30 minutes and then flip.
