Suggest a better descriptionCombine dry ingredients in large bowl. In a separate bowl lightly beat the eggs with buttermilk, milk, and melted butter.
Just before you are ready to make the pancakes combine the dry and wet ingredients. Stir to combine.
Add blueberries if desired.
Heat a griddle to 350 degrees and pour 1/4 cup batter onto to griddle. When bubbles appear on top, flip and cook 2 minutes longer.
***to make homemade buttermilk, put 1 tablespoon vinegar in a 1 cup measuring cup. Fill the cup with milk to the 1 cup mark and let sit for 5 minutes.
