Dissolve yeast in warm water. Heat buttermilk to luke warm. Add sugar, fat, and baking soda. Add yeast. Add enough flour to make a soft dough. Knead until smooth. Make into rolls. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
