Suggest a better descriptionDO NOT PREHEAT OVEN. Have all ingredients at room temperature. Grease but do not flour tube pan or bundt pan. Combine milk and water. Cream sugar, shortening and salt. Add flavoring and beat well. Add eggs one at a time. Add flour alternately with milk.
Put pan in oven and turn on to 300 degrees. Bake about 1 hour and 30 minutes until knife comes out clean.
