Suggest a better descriptionRoast butternut squash as recommended. Slice and dice fennel bulb and saute in skillet with some olive oil for color and do the same with the sausage and leeks. Set all cooked ingredients aside. Brush olive oil on naan and then add sausage, leeks, butternut squash, fennel, goat cheese, pistachios and mozzarella. Bake in the oven at 350 until desired doneness or 400 for crispier pizza. Beauty of this recipe is you can experiment and add whatever ingredients you choose. We have had couple pizza's like this and just decided to give it a shot at home. The naan is perfect for individual pizzas and tastes delicious... much better than those store bought pizza doughs in our opinion. Enjoy!
