Caren's recipe
1. Peel and cut squash into 2-3 inch pieces.
2. Microwave until soft for 15-20 mins.
3. Puree or mash squash.
4. Light saute crushed garlic.
5. Add all ingredients to pureed squash. Stir and blend in on low heat for 10 min.
