Combine brown sugar, chopped nuts and cinnamon together to create topping. Spread in greased 9 x 13 pan, 1/2 cake mixture then 1/2 topping. Repeat. Bake at '375 for 20 minutes, then '325 for 25 - 30 minutes. Mix powdered sugar and milk until thin, then drizzle over cake.
