Place butter, peanut butter, chips in microwave safe bowl. Nuke on high in 30 second, then stir. Repeat until completely melted. Wait until mixture is just cool enough to not melt marshmallows, then add them until all are coated. Pour into greased 8-9 inch baking pan then refrigerate until set.
