Suggest a better descriptionMix together butter, flour, and chopped pecans. Put in an ungreased 9x13 pan. Bake 15-20 minutes at 350. Cool.
Mix carefully and cream together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and cool whip. Spread mix on top of crust.
Then mix butterscotch pudding. Mix 3 cups milk and pour on top of cream mixture. Top on another cup of cool whip and sprinkle crushed nuts on top.
