Suggest a better descriptionLine 2 8 x 4 inch loaf pans with foil, allowing to extend above the sides of the pans. In a large bowl combine cutter, sugar and brown sugar.
Add eggs. Blend well. Add flour, baking powder and baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
Press half of dough into each pan. Fold foil over dough from pans. Freeze 2-3 hours or until will chilled.
Heat over to 350. Unfold foil and lift dough from pans. Remove foil, cut dough into 1/4" slices. Place slices 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 350 degrees for 8-12 minutes, or until light golden brown. Cool 1 minute, remove from cookie sheet.
