Suggest a better descriptionIn a large bowl, combine dry pudding mix, dry milk powder and water. Mix well using a wire whisk. Blend in peanut butter and 1/4 cup Cool Whip kite. Spread mixture evenly into pie crust Refrigerate 10 minutes. Spread remaining 1/2 cup Cool Whip Lite over top of filling. Sprinkle peanuts evenly over top. Refrigerate at least I hour. Cut into 8 pieces.

NOTES : We tried a recipe this week we hadn't tried before and it's a definite winner! Please note, I added 1 teaspoon Watkins peanut butter flavor. I do this with most of the HE dessert recipes that use peanut butter because JoAnna doesn't use much peanut butter (the calorie count would be too high) but the Watkins flavoring intensifies the taste. If I remember correctly I got that hint from someone on this message board a couple of years ago!
In any case, this is an older recipe, from the 1995 newsletter, but definitely one worth trying! It's a keeper at our house!
