Let boil five minutes, stirring constantly with wooden spoon. Beat egg yolks and add some milk. Then add flour and more milk. Finally adding salt. Mix this egg and milk mixture with the brown sugar, water and butter and cook until thick. Put in baked crust and put egg whites (beaten) on top.
