Suggest a better description* Prepare Basic Holiday Cookie dough, with the following changes: substitute 2/3 cup packed dark-brown sugar for all the granulated sugar; stir 1/2 cup finely chopped pcans into dough. Shape the dough into two 11" rolls. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate until well chilled. Cut into 1/4" slices. Place on baking sheets. Bake in 350 F. oven for 10-12 minutes. Cool on wire racks.
