Suggest a better description_ Mix white wine, fish sauce, ginger, green onions, garlic, brown sugar, & pepper together. Marinate catfish with mixture for at least 30 minutes.
_ In medium pot, heat oil then add marinated finsh. Allow to sear each side then add 1 can of coconute juice & caramel sauce.
_ Turn heat to lo/med, cover the pot & simmer for 30-40 minutes. Add more pepper if prefer spicier.
* This dish goes very well with white rice.
