Suggest a better description1. Remove the cabbage hearth. Put the cabbage in a big bowl full of hot water. Boil for 10 minutes without the lid. Drain and let it cool down.
2. Fry onions and rice in butter till the rice will be golden. Add tomato paste, the mint, the paprika, zest and lemon juice. Mix well and add meat. Stir well till everything well cooked. Let cool, salt & pepper.
3. Take each cabbage leaves and place a spoon of stuffing in each leave and roll it around.
4. Oil the bottom of a big dish, place few cabbage leaves in the bottom and put the rolls in it. Cover with the slice of bacon. Add the tomato juice and sugar. Cover and cook at 325 for 2 to 3 hours.
