Suggest a better descriptionTear off 8 large cabbage leaves from head. Place in pan. Pour boiling water over or put cabbage leaves in boiling water and remove pan from the heat. Let stand 5 minutes and drain. Mix ground beef, salt, pepper, onion, cooked rice and egg together. Place meat mixture in 8 equal portions in each of the cabbage leaves. Roll up and fasten ends with toothpicks. Place cabbage rolls in an 13x9" pan. Mix tomato soup together with water, then pour over cabbage rolls. Cover and cook at 350 degrees for approximately 1 to 1-1/2 hours.
