Mix cabbage, green and red pepper and onion together. ( You can use bagged chopped cabbage if desired rather than shredding your own cabbage). Mix all the dressing ingredients together and bring to a boil. Cool mixture and pour over the cabbage mixture. Refrigerate overnight.
