Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Place slivered almonds and sesame seeds on oven tray and put in oven to toast for 5-10 minutes or until light brown. Shred the cabbage and place in a large salad bowl. Crush noodles in packet and sprinkle over cabbage. Place slivered almonds and sesame seeds into salad bowl and mix to combine.
To make the dressing, combine olive oil, apple cider vinegar, chicken flavouring and curry powder in bottle/jug. Shake/whisk to mix.
Pour dressing over salad immediately before serving to ensure noodles stay crunchy.
Maggie Noodles found in Australia, but dried Asian style noodles are equivalent.
Chicken flavouring equivalent to powdered chicken stock.
Ensure you poor dressing over salad just before serving.
