Hearty cabbage soup diet recipe slowly cooked in the slow cooker. Also known as the popular Dolly Parton Diet or T.W.A. Stewardess Diet. Whatever diet, this soup is satisfying and delicious! Packed with colorful vegetables, leafy green vegetables, broth and miso soup flavoring.

Instructions
Slow Cooker:
In a slow cooker add all the ingredients. Cook for 6-8 hours on low. Serve with bread or crackers (gluten-free) and garnish with fresh parsley.
Stove Top:
Add all the ingredients in a large pot and turn the heat to high. When it starts to bubble on the sides, cover and turn the heat down to medium heat. Cook for about 20-30 minutes or until the carrots are soft.
Notes
For Vegan, use 1-3 Tablespoons of vegan miso paste (fermented soy bean paste or mushroom paste), one that does not contain any fish.
