This is the soup that got us through to blizzard of 1993 when Mary Carson was an infant.
Spray a Dutch Oven or soup pot with Pam. Sauté turkey or beef and onion until onion is transparent. Add remaining ingredients and stir to mix well. Cook, covered, over low heat for at least 1 hour.
Can be frozen.
