Wintertime Rum
Soften butter and mix with brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg & vanilla. For each serving use approximately 1 tablespoon mix, plus 1/2 to 1 1/2 oz. rum and 6 ounces boiling water. Stir to mix and drink by the fire to warm up.
Refrigerate or freeze remaining mix.
Proportions of mix, rum and hot water may be adjusted to individual taste.
