Ground beef meatballs with rice and tomato sauce
1. In a mixing bowl, mix ground beef with rice, salt, pepper, egg and onion.
2. Form the mix into 2-inch meatballs
3. Flash freeze
4. Once meatballs are frozen, transfer to freezer bag
5. While meatballs are freezing, insaucepan combine soup, water and ketchup
6. Heat over medium-high heat until boiling
7. Remove from heat and cool completely
8. Once sauce is cool, pour over frozen meatballs
9. Freeze
Serving day
1. Defrost meatballs and put in baking dish
2. Cover tightly with foil
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 - 1.5 hours.
