Suggest a better descriptionIn a wooden caesar bowl, mix the mustard, garlic and anchovy paste. Continue to mix until the ingrediants are throughly combined and then add the following one at a time adding the next ingredient only when the previous ingredient has been fully incorporated: egg, olive oil, cheese, lemon juice and salt & pepper to taste. Refridgerate.
Once the dressing is complete, cube the french bread into crouton style pieces. Slowly melt butter in a frying pan and add the minced garlic. Turn the heat to medium and place the cubed bread in the frying pan. Fry on one side until golden brown. Add more butter and then flip the bread. Continue to cook until golden brown. Remove bread from frying pan and place in an oven for seven minutes at 400 degrees. Remove the croutons and allow them to cool off.
