Suggest a better descriptionDRESSING: Smear garlic over inside of bowl. Put anchovies, egg yolks, mustard, lemon juice & water in blender & blend 30 seconds. With blender running pour EVOO in slowly to emulsify. Stir in Parmesan & a pinch of salt & pepper. Put lettuce in bowl, add dressing & extra Parmesan cheese.
