Sauté chicken, onions, green and jalapeño pepper. When cooked, add chili pepper, chili powder, garlic, and cilantro. Cook briefly. Add chicken stock, garbanzo beans, kidney beans, tomatoes, and tomato sauce. Heat thoroughly. Add lime juice before serving. Top with cheese, onion, sour cream and tortilla chips.
