A replica of the infamous Cafe Rio pork used in their award winning salad and burritos.
Combine ingredients and pour over roast in a crock pot. Cook on low 6-7 hours, more depending on your cooker. Shred and continue to cook approx. 1 hour more.
I like it sweet, so I start with 2 cups of brown sugar, and add more if I feel like it. I also like it with tomatoe paste instead of sauce, but either will work. Use in burritos and faux Cafe Rio salad.
