Alfredo like
1. Cook pasta to al dent.
2. Place chicken Cajun seasoning, salt, pepper and 1 tbs olive oil in bowl and toss to coat.
3. In a large skillet heat 1 tbs olive oil until sizzling. Add garlic, onions and red pepper.
4. Cook until fragrant (1-2 min) and remove from pan.
5. In same pan, saute chicken until browned and cooked through.
6. Reduce heat and add heavy cream, cooked linguine, onion and garlic and Parmesan cheese. Mix well and heat through.
7. Season as needed and garnish as desired.
