---For the Flour---
Combine all ingredients and store in a resealable container.
---For The Tomatoes---
Combine tomatoes, buttermilk & hot sauce in a plastic container and marinate for 20 minutes to 1 hour.
Drain the tomatoes, lightly coat with flour mixtre, then dip in egg was and finally, in the Panko Bread Crumbs.
Fry in peanut oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels or rack.
---For The Remoulade---
In a food precessor, combine the egg yolks, mustard, ketchup, lemon juice, and hot sauce. Pulse until smooth.
Turn on food processor and slowly drizzle in 1 cup of the oil.
Turn off the food processor and add the vinegar, creole seasoning and salt.
Turn the food processor back on and drizzle in the remaining oil + about 15 seconds more.
Pour into a bowl and stir in the Green Onion and Bell Pepper.
