Cook beans and pork slowly for one hour, or in crock pot 3 hours. Add vegetables, seasonings and tomato sauce. Cook slowly another hour (2 hours in crock pot). Brown beef and add to mixture. Simmer for 45 minutes. Add sausage. Heat and served over cooked rice.
