Slice the sausage and cook for 3-5 minutes. Add the butter to the sausage and let melt. Add the cajun seasoning and heavy cream to the pan and simmer until the cream starts to thicken. Add the parmesan and let simmer for a minute or so. Mix with the cooked and drained pasta and enjoy.
