Add garlic to hot oil.
Add chicken and stir fry for 10 mins on a high heat.
Add Cajun spice mix and cook for a further 5-7 mins.
Leave to cool
Place cheese slices on one side of the baguette.
Place lettuce leaves on top.
Add chicken on top.
Add chilli sauce
Add remainder of salad and sweet corn.
Squeeze mayonnaise on top and close the sub
