2. Licuar los jitomates con la cebolla y el ajo, colarlo
3. En una sartén, poner el aceite, y cuando esté caliente, agregar la carne, coserla un poco dándole vueltas para que se separe el picadillo, se le agrega 1/4 cucharadita de sal y 1 pizca de pimienta al gusto
4. Cortar a la mitad las calabacitas, escarbarlas, y rellenarlas con el picadillo, se colocan en un recipiente para horno y se le espolvorean un poco de pan molido
5. En una sartén con unas gotas de aceite, se agrega el jitomate colado, una pizca de sal y la hoja de laurel, se deja sazonar por 10 a 15 minutos
6. Echar la salsa de jitomate sobre las calabacitas rellenas y meterlo al horno por 15 a 20 minutos
Servir con arroz
