Suggest a better description1. En crudo se corta una tapita de la parte de arriba de las calabacitas, y se escarban. Se rellenan de quesillo, y se tapan y aseguran con 2 palillos
2. Se muele el jitomate, ajo y cebolla, se cuela y se pone en una olla, se le agrega sal y pimienta y 2 tazas de agua; cuando hierva el caldillo, se le agregan las calabacitas y se dejan cocer por 15 minutos (si falta agua se le agrega un poco más).
