Suggest a better descriptionPlace chicken in a large stock pot and pour water over chicken; add garlic, salt, and garlic powder. Cover (partially), bring to a boil, and reduce heat to low. Simmer until chicken meat falls off the bones, 1 to 2 hours. Stir in chicken bouillon cubes and let dissolve. (I like to dissolve before placing in the pot).
Mix carrots, potatoes, rice, onion and corn, cook additional 45 minutes to 1 hour. Place cabbage in 15 minutes before done.
You can also add zucchini if you’d like.
