Brown bacon, drain and break into small bite sized pieces and set aside. Reserve 2 Tbsp bacon grease to sautéi onions (until translucent). Brown ground beef, drain. Combine remaining ingredients with bacon, ground beef and onions in a casserole dish and bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Uncover toward end of baking time.
