1- In a small saucepan, sinner jalapeno,suage and water until sugar dissolves, 5 minutes. tir in lime juice.
2- To supreme, first cut off top and bottom of fruit. Then cut off peel along the natural curve of the fruit, trimming off whit pith.
3. Remove the segments, cut along each side of membrane, down to the core. Remove fruit segments and transfer to a bowel.
4- marinate fruit in jalapeno syrup for 10 minutes (the longer you marinate the spicier it gets!!) divid among serving glasses using a slotted spoon.
5- Garnish with yogurt and zest
