Suggest a better descriptionCut green beans on a slant. Steam until crisp. Put aside. Warm oil in a large skillet. Sauté garlic on low heat. Mix beans in with garlic. Peel tomatoes and cut into sixths. Add tomatoes to mixture and stir fry. Add seasonings until blended. Place in baking dish. Sprinkle Parmesan on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes.
