Suggest a better descriptionI do elk once in awhile and this marinade works well with it. cook and stir garlic in oil, add rosemary, mustard and soy sauce. Remove from heat and add vinegar and sherry. Makes 3/4 cup. Save the marinade and can mop with as well. Posted to bbq-digest by DonHavranek
