1. Cut off tops of 7 fresh strawberries and slice them. Place in a plastic bag and freeze for about 1 hour.
2. Place frozen strawberries in a blender. Add 1 container of lemon custard-style yogurt and orange juice. Blend until smooth.
3. Poor into a tall glass. Place a few more strawberries on top.
