In small skillet warm olive oil over medium heat sauté scallions until just soft. Transfer to med bowl. Season with pepper and let cool. Stir in sour cream and worc sauce. Add turkey and mix until just combined.
Form into 6 patties
Heat grille to med high. Cook burgers 5 mins. Turn and grille until almost cooked thru.(about 3 mins more)
Top each burger with some of the blue cheese cook 1 or 2 more mins untill cooked thru and cheese melted
Place burgers on buns and top with tomato, avacado and red onion
