Place ingredients into your bread maker according to the operator's manual. Run on the "dough" cycle.
After cycle ends, remove dough and roll out into a rectangular shape on a floured surface.
Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Put your desired toppings (pizza sauce, ricotta cheese mixed with egg and garlic, leftover meats (no raw meats), onions, peppers, you get the idea) just as you would on a pizza.
Taking a pair of sharp kitchen scissors, cut strips about one inch apart on the sides, stopping about half an inch from the toppings.
"Braid" the strips together on top of the toppings, using the beaten egg to seal the strips.
Brush over the top with the rest of the beaten egg. You can sprinkle sesame seeds, cheese, dried oregano, or really any other desired topping onto the egg for a beautiful finish.
Bake at 175 C (fan forced) until dough is cooked all the way through, about 35 minutes.
