Mix honey into warm water and dump in the yeast
all at one time. Do not stir. Allow to sit until the
yeast blooms ( it becomes frothy and rises to the
top). Add the seasalt and oil and 2 cups of flour.
Blend well. Continue to add more flour and working
it with a spoon and later you hands. Knead well, for
about 10 minutes.
If you are using the dough right away, put it in an
oiled bowl and cover it with a wet towel. Allow dough
to rise until doubled in volume, about 1 hour. Then
