Modified calzone recipe from Kraft Food and Family magazine.
Note: use any pizza toppings you like.
Preheat oven to 400?. Cut dough ball in half. Roll out dough into a roughly 12" x 18" oval. Put on large baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray or covered with parchment paper.
Spread pizza sauce down the center of the dough, leaving ? inch around edges. Top with mozzarella cheese.
Top with favorite toppings.
Roll out other dough half into a matching shape. Lay over toppings. Crimp edges with a fork.
Cut in half with a knife. Cut each half on the diagonal to give 4 pieces total.
Bake 15-19 minutes or until golden brown.
