Toss all ingredients in a bowl and cover. Refrigerate for 30-45 minutes.
Put oil in wok and heat on stove, 300(F) degrees for approx. 10 minutes, stirring often.

Bell peppers (red, yellow, orange, or green)
*Substitute Spam Lite to cut fat grams.
